Pricing

The prices quoted on LightStimPro.com are displayed in United States currency and therefore valid only in U.S. currency. We reserve the right to change our prices at any given time. Sales tax will be calculated by the ship to and bill to address of the order and will automatically be added onto the order.

Sales tax will be calculated by the ship to and bill to address of the order and will automatically be added onto the order. LightStim Retail products are eligible for tax exemption. For these products to be tax-exempt, a resale application must be filled out and approved prior to ordering. We do not retroactively refund taxes on previous orders.

Payment Methods

We accept credit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

International Orders

Contact LightStim for information about placing an international order. For international orders the customer is responsible for any Customs charges or individual Country and or State taxes. International shipments may be subject to longer processing times and additional shipping costs. LightStim’s responsibility for international orders is limited to the original invoiced value of the product. We do not cover third-party costs, including VAT, customs duties, or international shipping fees related to returns or exchanges. Customers are encouraged to confirm order details prior to shipment.

Dropship Program

LightStim Professional Dropship Program offers free shipping within the continental United States only (excluding HI, AK, PR).

Sales & Discounts

LightStimPro.com sales, discounts, or coupon codes are: 1) Not valid on previous purchases. 2) Not allowed to be combined with other offers. 3) Not valid for LightStim.com Retail purchases/orders.

Sales promoting Free Shipping are only valid on orders shipped within the US and excludes free shipping on LED Beds.

Introductory Offers

Introductory offers, such as "X% off your first device/purchase" are only available to new/first-time customers on their first purchase of a LightStim device. Introductory offers cannot be combined with other offers/deals. LightStim Elipsa is excluded from all introductory offers. 

Warranty

Limited Warranty

LightStim International, Inc. provides a 5-year limited repair or replacement warranty on LightStim for Wrinkles, LightStim for Acne, and LightStim for Pain handheld devices purchased in the United States. LightStim Elipsa, ProPanel, Recovery Loop, Pain Belt, LightStim LED Bed Pro, and LightStim LED Bed Core include a 2-year limited repair or replacement warranty. LightStim handheld devices purchased outside the United States also include a 2-year limited warranty. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and applies only to the original purchaser of a product purchased directly from LightStim or an authorized LightStim retailer or distributor. Valid proof of purchase is required, and the warranty is not transferable. Products purchased secondhand or through unauthorized sellers, resellers, marketplaces, liquidation sources, or other unauthorized channels are not covered by the LightStim manufacturer warranty. Any warranty offered by an unauthorized seller is solely the responsibility of that seller and is not provided, administered, or honored by LightStim.

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including defects in the original power supply or transformer. It does not cover normal wear or cosmetic damage; misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper storage, or liquid damage; unauthorized repairs, modifications, accessories, or power supplies; incorrect voltage or electrical current; shipping damage; altered or missing serial numbers; or conditions beyond LightStim’s reasonable control. If an eligible product is determined to be defective during the applicable warranty period, LightStim may repair it or replace it with the same or a comparable product.

To request warranty service, contact LightStim directly and provide valid proof of purchase, the product serial number, and a description of the issue. LightStim may require troubleshooting, photographs, video, or return of the product for evaluation. Do not return a product without prior authorization. Customers are responsible for shipping products to LightStim, and international customers are also responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges, unless otherwise required by applicable law. This limited warranty provides specific legal rights, and customers may have additional rights that vary by location.

Returns

Returns

All Professional/wholesale purchases including drop ship bundles and retail products do not qualify for returns or any satisfaction guarantees. If your device is damaged in shipping please notify us and we will replace your device immediately upon receipt back to us. We do not cover your shipping costs for returned devices that were damaged in shipping.

Unauthorized LightStim Resellers/Distributors

LightStim will not guarantee our products if purchased on eBay, or any other online auction sites, or any unauthorized distributor or dealer.

Approved LightStim professional accounts, authorized retailers, and authorized distributors may use marketing materials made available to them through LightStim’s professional website or otherwise specifically provided or approved by LightStim. This authorization is limited to the promotion and sale of genuine LightStim products while the account or reseller remains approved and authorized. Product Availability

LightStimPro.com makes every effort to ensure that the products presented are available for purchase. At times we may experience a backlog in production or some unavailability of parts which is out of our control and may not be able to send you your products in a timely fashion. If any items are on backorder, the entire order will not be processed until all items are in stock.

Be aware that the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your particular computer monitor, will greatly influence the colors you actually see on the screen. LightStim will not be held responsible for the limitations of your monitor and cannot promise that your monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail of actual merchandise will be accurate.
